3. Create a Minimal Viable Product (MVP): Create an offering that you can bring to market to gain feedback and testimonials
4. Create a Marketing Plan: Develop a plan to reach and engage with the target market
5. Develop a Sales Strategy: Identify the key products or services that will generate the most revenue and develop a sales strategy to promote and sell them to your target customers
6. Build a Team: Identify the key roles that need to be filled and recruit the right team members to support the business. The team may consist of an external team where is seems necessary
