  o So let’s say you do $85,000 in a month with CBX and average that for 3 months (90 days). What do you get? You get QBO Plus rebated 100% (for the first $50,000 in CBX Merchant Services). Then you get $42 for the remainder of your $35,000 in CBX Merchant Services over $50,000*. You can then put that $42 towards QBO Payroll or any other Software from XSI*.

For the first 12 months, as long as there is $25,000 / month in Merchant Services use, then the cost of QBO Essentials or Plus will be rebated to 100%. XSI uses an average over 3 months (90 days) to determine the rebate averages. If there MS usage is less than $25,000, but more than $0, the rebate will be prorated. If there is a 90 plus day period without any use of CBX Merchant Services through XSI, then the price of QBO will be the std. MSRP or the greater of bullet point #2 below.
(#2) From month 13 onward, the rebate schedule above applies.
The rebates for MS are based on a competitive Interchange Plus model designed to understand the payment costs. The base rate is a 0.75% discount rate and 10 cents per authorization over Card Brand Processing Costs. IF your company negotiates a rate lower than this rate, the rebate amounts will be adjusted at the same proportion. The larger the discount on MS, the lower the rebate, naturally. BNPL is similar rebates are also available.
MS Rebates are qualified for discounts against QBO and QBOP first. Then further rebates will be applied to XSI software.
The customer MUST purchase QBO and/or QBOP from XSI. Don’t worry… we can migrate your data at $0 cost even if you already have QBO. And if you have QuickBooks Desktop (“QBD”)… we’ll get ‘er done, meaning migrating your data to QBO, also, for $0 cost.
All Terms of Service on the Company’s Website also apply to each customer of XSI signing up for this rebate program.
BNPL rebates are as stated above. Any BNPL program that does not pay XSI any money due to, for instance, a 0% rate to the XSI customers customer, will not count toward rebates.
BNPL rebates are also averaged over 3 months (90 days) exactly like the 1st bullet point here describes for MS.
IF any of XSI’s Services that are part of this offer no longer become available, in the remote possibility, then the offer will simply no longer provide that service. This would not allow customers to pick and choose other services to fill in for the remote possible negation of any services stated here.
Each year after the first 12 months, IF Intuit raises prices, then XSI’s rebate scale will go up at the same ratio. For instance, if Intuit raises prices by 10% for QBO or QBO Payroll, then the XSI rebate scale will go up by the same 10%. IF a rebate was provided above at $25,000, then the new rebate scale would be $27,500. Etc…
