The short answer is no. We understand the annoyance of being hounded by sales people or getting popups every time you do a Google search. Small businesses don’t have the luxury of purchasing departments and legal teams. We get it. In fact, we really don’t have any sales personnel. We expect our customers to use the Feature Tours, Tutorials, YouTube Videos, Chat, and when requested personal demos to educate themselves and make the initial decision to start a Free Trial. Only then do we collect your personal information.

There is a Feature Tour for each of our products. They require no personal information to access them. They are focused on the administrative and customer engagement activities. It does not include the Field App, but there is a free version, myServiceJOBS, in Apple and Google stores.

The tours have guides in them as well as links to videos when appropriate and you can always use the chat feature to ask a question from our support team during business hours.

For obvious reasons, while you can access the system setup screens you cannot save any changes to them.

The first screen of the Configuration Tool is used to get an idea of what your personalized business ecosystem might look like. There are information links to each component. Keep in mind that even after you are using you can modify, or even cancel components or the whole program at any time.

Also, custom integration of another app is possible, for example, we integrated Hunter Douglas’ ordering software, Direct Connect, into Xinator at their request to support their dealer network.

The first step is to verify your email address after which you will be sent login credentials for XinatorCentral and the XinatorCEC you have chosen.

You will be prompted to schedule a 30-minute Configuration Review. We strongly recommend this to be sure you get off to a good start.

After that, we will schedule an onboarding session with some basic training. In advance of that session, we will send a form to complete so we can do the basic setup for you. This just saves you time and makes the training easier.

As part of the onboarding process, we will set up a 90-day dedicated Onboarding team chat in Signal. (We prefer Signal as it is encrypted for privacy purposes). This team is available during normal business hours, but truth be told we are often available out of hours as we are internationally staffed.

Additionally, there are normal support channels including Chat links in the applications. We are also a Certified Quickbooks Solutions Provider and Development Partner and will provide support to your QuickBooks products including data conversion.
