After participating in 10+ software transactions for a leading PE firm, Nick Cellura founded Climb in 2020. He wanted to address a gap in the market: bring exceptional sell-side advisory to founders of software businesses in the $5m – $50m value range.
He sat on both sides of the table and experienced first hand the poor guidance founders and owners were receiving on exit.
