Under this PIE order form, the PIE conditions apply. This order form is merely to bind the QBO Product categories.

Data Migration is included at $0 Cost. Data Migration can also be done by the customer with some guidance by XSI. If Intuit changes pricing, pricing changes with XSI as well.

Below are the payment terms:

PAYMENT AUTHORIZATION

Payments will be made monthly in advance of service generally collected on the first the month. Service for partial months service will be prorated based upon the days of use.

For all PIE Customers, payments must be made an auto debit / ACH of your account. XSI will provide a link to your Company on the first billing. Your Company authorizes Xceleran Software, Inc. (“Xceleran”) to charge your bank account accordingly. If payments are delays, access to QBO products can be denied.
